 CHILD OBESITY HAS BECOME AN EPIDEMIC!!

 

Millions of our youth struggle with weight issues and obesity. Participation in physical activity declines as children get older - 69% of 9th graders participate in vigorous physical activity on a regular basis, while only 55% of 12th graders participate in the same level of activity.

The news media continues to shine a spotlight on the startling fact that approximately 16 percent of children and teens, ages 6-19 years, are overweight. The percentage of young people who are overweight - over 9 million - has more than tripled since 1980.

According to the U.S. Surgeon General, overweight adolescents have a 70% chance of becoming overweight or obese adults. This increases to 80% if one parent, or both, is overweight or obese. Approximately 127 million adults in the U.S. are overweight, 60 million are obese, and 9 million are severely obese. The most immediate consequence of being overweight, as perceived by children, is social discrimination!! But that is about to change!

Celebrity fitness trainer - Tony Horton, and celebrity choreographer - Shaun T, have created programs that no kid of any age can resist. I've been spending this week ironing out kinks that I've found in the site here and there and I think I've just about gotten everything.  I'm really excited about this site.  It's the first MLM Social Network in the world and can revolutionize the industry forever.  There's a built in forum and depending on the functionality that everyone wants, I could even add things like classifieds, etc.

This site will benefit all people interested in any aspect of the MLM world.  The vision is to finally have MLM be a nice word to say to anyone.  By networking and bringing unity to the MLM world, we can all help bring MLM to a whole new level.

Have you ever seen a bucket full of crabs?


They pinch and pull as they struggle to climb over one another to reach the top of the bucket - to freedom. Ask any fisherman and they'll tell you that a bucket full of crabs doesn't need a lid - they simply won't escape.

Why?


Well, it's not impossible for a crab to climb to the top, and really if they worked together it would be quite easy. But crabs don't work together...Instinctively crabs pull each other down-literally.

When one crab breaks away from the pack, reaching its pinchers toward the top of the bucket, the others promptly grab onto the escapee's leg, pulling him back down. That crab is then pushed to the bottom of the pile and his dream of freedom is crushed.

People have a way of acting just like a bucket of crabs. Have you ever decided on a personal goal only to have someone in your life talk you out of it? Do you have crabs in your life?


A crab is...
